I handled thousands of PIP (Personal Injury Protection) cases from the inception of suit to completion. I've taken depositions, Examinations Under Oath, and written and argued various motions including but not limited to Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and Motions to Tax Fees. My job duties include making case value judgments, negotiating settlements, responding to and sending out discovery, answering complaints, and writing and arguing motions. I deal primarily with first party insurance cases, practicing both contract law and statutory interpretation.
