Energy is undergoing major changes. Power Circle helps all sections of the community to benefit from the new energy world and to decentralizing power in an economic sense as well as physically. To achieve this, Power Circle is being established as a new social Energy Service Company (esco) and Virtual Power Plant (VPP). The esco provides development, management and, where needed, funding. The VPP links sites together, getting paid to help energy companies cut costs and carbon.
