As a Senior Public Sector Business Development Representative at Zendesk, I help government organizations, and tribal communities, optimize their capacity to provide internal and external support. I identify gaps in their current support processes and educate them on how Zendesk's platform can improve their service delivery. I collaborate with account executives and other stakeholders to create and execute strategic plans for each account we pursue.I have a strong background in sales and service, as well as in economics and international studies. I earned two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee while working full time in the hospitality industry.I developed, and managed, wine programs for restaurants, worked with importers, distributors, and clients. I analyzed restaurant metrics, such as sales, cost, profit, and staffing. I proposed shifts in inventory based on consumption trends and demand.
