Hey! Thanks for dropping by my space.I have been in the BPO world since 2011. It has been on and off as I also had jobs in other fields.The jobs I had in the BPO were Technical support in a Webhosting company, a member service adviser in a Health insurance company and Billing Customer representative in a Cable TV company. However, most of my time was working on data analysis, developing automated tools and data management as a Reporting Analyst. I am proficient in these analytical tools (MS Excel, MS Excel Macro (VBA), MS Access, MS SharePoint, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Google Sites, Google AdSense and Google Analytics. Furthermore, I have experience in working on Analytical platforms for big brands: Facebook, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ad Console, Walmart Seller Central and Walmart advertising console. Other experiences I had was in the Training team and Events organizer.Some part-time jobs I had included Photo and video editing thru Adobe Photoshop and Premier Pro.This wide array of skills I have is a testament that I easily learn and adapt new fields if needed be. I enjoy learning new skills and work as I live by the saying, "There's no end to learning."
