As a Sales/Office Manager, I was supervising a team of 12 loan officers. In my seven years as a manager, my responsibilities varied. Much of my time was spent giving directions to subordinates, making decisions and determining work flow. I created agendas for weekly meetings and developed sales incentives. I was responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training. Additionally, I was involved with purchasing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and customer service. All of these responsibilities allowed me to use my organizational skills, decision-making skills, supervisory skills, listening skills, and computer skills.
