Current⦁ Making the flight manifest for the next day's flights.⦁ Check In the passengers and establishing goodwill with them.⦁ Confirming with the Logistics Representatives of ADNOC on who to be booked on last minute changes and which freight to be offloaded when the aircraft reaches its weight restrictions.⦁ Confirming with the Company's Flight Operations Department when closing the flights and checking the status of the aircraft.⦁ Making the daily and monthly reports.⦁ Assigned… Show more ⦁ Making the flight manifest for the next day's flights.⦁ Check In the passengers and establishing goodwill with them.⦁ Confirming with the Logistics Representatives of ADNOC on who to be booked on last minute changes and which freight to be offloaded when the aircraft reaches its weight restrictions.⦁ Confirming with the Company's Flight Operations Department when closing the flights and checking the status of the aircraft.⦁ Making the daily and monthly reports.⦁ Assigned in offshore.⦁ Preparation of necessary documents prior to start of day operations i.e. Field Program Schedule.⦁ Getting the flight details of aircrafts coming from Abu Dhabi.⦁ Monitoring the number of field passengers coming in and out of the accomodation complex.⦁ Confirming with the Wireline Supervisor the details of winchmove if they scheduled.⦁ Calling all the locations of field passengers through the field radio for their readiness time for recovery or transfer.⦁ Continually communicating with the Traffic Officer of the complex on which mode of transport will be used for transfer or recovery of the field passengers.⦁ Planning for recovery pick-up timings from the field for the field personnel.⦁ Planning for the route and dispatching the helicopters in effective manner and minimizing flight time.⦁ Communicating with Rigs/Barges of how many passengers they have going to Abu Dhabi and preparing the seats accordingly.⦁ Providing Flight Information Service.⦁ Passing flight plan to the destination of the aircraft from offshore to any location.⦁ Passing the ETA (Estimated time of arrival) of the helicopter to locations concerned in order to clear the helidecks prior to the helicopter landing.⦁ Advising the Traffic Assistant on the helidecks the number of passengers being dropped from the field and their locations.⦁ Making the End of Day Reports.⦁ Making Month End Reports and submitting to the client.
