I raised over £9M from corporate, trust and statutory partners, including £3M for an award-winning volunteering partnership with Nationwide Building Society. I led a multi-site multi-disciplinary team of ten, and designed and delivered a national programme of 25 financial and energy education projects making grants to over 500 bureaux and partner organisations reaching over 100,000 people a year. The team rose from 5 to 11 based on my fundraising, and included learning and development specialists, a communications manager, project managers and a national forums manager. I also matrix-managed a Press and Public Affairs Officer and a Social Media Officer for corporate partnersWhen I arrived in post, only 20% of local Citizens Advice Bureaux delivered financial education; when I left 80% did, with 95% having the capacity.
