24 years RN experience. Started as a CNA at Bayfront Hospital, worked 2 years while earning my RN. Next few years I worked in a Neuro unit, MS pool, pre/post op, and Endoscopy. Continued to a Surgical unit working my way up from staff nurse to charge nurse and then manager of post surgical floor managing 20 nurses. Then, Two years ICU then moved to IDATB. I have been the Infusion Manager for 8 years. My job description includes supervising an infusion staff of 4-6 LPN’s and MA’s. Picc and Midline insertions, PIV insertions, site care. Wound vac and wound care. Reconstitution of Antibiotics. Administration of Antibiotics, Antivirals, Biologics. Documentation of therapy. Supply and Material management. CRNI
