Software Engineer / Mobile Developer• Developed, Tested and Deployed our Inventory Management/Asset Tracking app available for iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android (All Devices) and Windows Mobile handhelds. This hybrid app was built using Html, javascript, jQuery mobile, CSS and the RhoMobile framework (similar to PhoneGap). The web service used is a WCF service, implemented in C#. SQL Server 2008 was used as RDBMS. The app is available on AppStore and Google Play.• Developed, Tested and Deployed an ASP.net application into a RhoElements container on Motorola Solutions mobile computers (running Windows Mobile 6.5). ASP.net, C# and SQL Server 2008 were used.• Assisted in Developing and Testing the Windows Mobile native application called Passport Mobile that runs on Motorola Devices/Handhelds. This application was implemented in C# and uses SQL Server Compact 3.5 as database engine.• Assisted in the Development, Testing and Maintenance of our 5 legacy products. These products are Microsoft Access based applications (VB code) that use Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 as RDBMS.Technical Support Engineer• Gathered customers’ requirements and requests as to what functionalities and changes they wanted to see in their applications.• Prepared FAQ documents that were posted on our website to help customers find fast answers to common questions.• Provided installations, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services to customer problems via phone calls, emails and chat.• Provided training for new Technical Support and QA Engineers.• Facilitated training sessions for customers on how to use the software. • Assisted in Development and Maintenance of Retail Business Solution applications sold for the company’s multinational customers. These applications were built using Java.

• Assisted in Development and Maintenance of an Insurance Management application called IMS (Insurance Management System) sold for Gulf Insurance companies. This application used Progress 4GL as a programming language.
