I enjoy the fundamental nature of engineering that is problem solving. Through my varied career in process design & project management, process safety, manufacturing and asset support, and most recently business coordination and strategy development, I have learned that there are fascinating problems to solve in technical, business, and organization spaces. Whether the problem is a technical challenged tied directly to my degree (Chemical Engineering), a logistic challenges requiring breaking down barriers across multiple stakeholders and participants, or an organizational challenge related to identifying the correct metrics, stewardship, and structure to drive the desired behaviors, I have found that all are interesting and require both a specialized approach and a base set of common skills.Regardless of the challenge, I have found that I am able to leverage my core strengths of attention to detail, interface management, stakeholder identification and alignment, and managing change throughout systems and/or organizations.
