Until September 2008, served as member of Lehman's in-house litigation team responsible for managing Lehman's claims or exposures for all divisions (Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Private Investment Management, Real Estate, Tax, Public Finance), providing pre-litigation advice and internal representation in all court or arbitration proceedings globally. Served as administrative head of the Firm’s Lessons Learned Committee responsible for evaluating issues internal and external to Lehman and implementing improvements to policies, practices and procedures.Subsequent to Lehman's bankruptcy filing, was retained by the Lehman bankruptcy estate to work on pre-petition cases against non-debtor entities and post-petition cases that arose in the Bankruptcy Court.
