As a Bay Area Operations Manager, I assist the operations in different counties throughout the Bay to support our clients and oversee my co-workers working there.

Working with a partner to help monitor and detect intrusions the patrolled area to keep the peace. We enforce rules set by the client. We provide help to the clients customers when approached and when we see them in need. We go to calls that dispatch sends us and use a number of tools that we are trained in depending on the situation at hand. We always try to diffuse the situation first and foremost by means of conversation. When things get out of hand and cannot diffuse the situation, we call the authorities to intervene. We also give access to certain places when called by different companies.

I patrolled multiple property to ensure that the clients assets and properties are secured. Observing and reporting anything I find from maintenance area to suspicious activity. Towing vehicles if necessary if and when it is needed.

Used the register to do multiple tasks as needed. I assisted guests with things they needed help with. Took phone calls, forwarding as needed to appropriate receiver.

- Set-up/break-down of all home games, special events elements such as outer perimeter of stadium, hospitality tents, activity zones, food truck placement, and merchandise tent.- Assist fans and guests by providing friendly, knowledgeable information, and helpful assistance- Project an approachable, professional attitude at all times

- Set goals to accomplish- Find and build potential clients.- Request documents and lead the client to a potential closure with help of the agent

- Practiced and further developed a method called “Hand to Surface” when handling packages so that chance of damage to package is reduced.- Developed a system where package handlers can scan and correct packages with bad addresses with minimal movements.- Took customer phone calls and assisted them with help they need. Resolved issues in the system.- Was taught a program that aids in dispatching drivers. Found a better program and method which made dispatching drivers more efficient.

- Developed a patrol path for effective means of preventing after Caltrain station.- Wrote different reports throughout the day to keep track of daily activities and events.- Assisted with local law enforcement, Transit Sheriffs, and EMT on incidents that occurred at the station.
