As a unified communication consultant, my daily duties involves maintaining and reviewing existing customer designs and provide troubleshooting guidance to some of their support contacts; acting as design and change authority to review and approve change request made on both data and voice networks.I’m also responsible for liaising with 3rd party vendors.
