Responsibilities including the maintenance and development of brand through tradition channels (i.e. leaflets, posters etc), while also modernising visual communications with the use of motion graphics,illustrations, info-graphics, video production and editing etc. As the most senior designer I am often responsible for providing advice and inspiration, with a consistent need to prioritise multiple projects, other members of staff and overall time. This position requires a lot of cross department collaboration, working closely with a wide variety of people, from interns/apprentices to Directors and stakeholders.

Although initially employed as a junior designer I quickly established myself as a valuable member of the design team. Tasks included general design tasks such as, concept creation, retouching and supplying print ready artwork. In addition to this, due to my skill in digital design I was also heavily involved in all motion graphics, video and animation projects, proving a versatile and beneficial member of the team.

Working as a designer at this multi discipline agency continues to challenge and enhance my creative innovation and conscientiousness. Being especially relevant in the world of branding, these two traits have become the signature of my work.

Within an in-house design team, this opportunity provided vital experience in corporate orientated design. Tasks included, working to briefs and under brand guidelines, management of assets, cross department collaboration and concept creation. Additionally my competency in 3D animation regularly provided an outlet to create advertisement and awareness material.

Collaborating with graduate peers, the project was to produce a virtual interactive tour of the university campus. This presented valuable insight into collaborative working; its advantages and limitations and how to team work effectively.My tasks included, modelling, Animating, rigging, as well as various collaborative tasks such as attending meetings and pitching
