Caroline is the co-founder of Cuttsy+Cuttsy, a thriving healthcare communications agency that she has been building since early 2011. Caroline's passion for patient-centred healthcare began when she took on a part-time job managing congress activities for a large pharma company whilst studying for a PhD, at King's College. From her early days in the industry, Caroline learned the value of listening to clients and providing exceptional service, a philosophy that still guides her today. At the start of C+C, Caroline worked client side on the launch of a first in class antibiotic, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of the pharma industry. This sparked her interest in patient experience, which has become a major focus of her work.Under Caroline's leadership, C+C has grown to an agency with over fifty people. The company has won numerous awards, not only for their work but also for their exceptional company culture. In 2018, Caroline was named Campaign Magazine's Women of Tomorrow. In addition to her work at C+C, Caroline is a PM Society Board Member, and a consultant to the Rare Disease Nurse Network, who have recently gained charity status.
