• As the elected faculty of Arts and Humanities programming assistant for 4th year, recruited 30 students, for various leadership positions, to represent their program and mentor junior students: reviewed 300+ resumes and applications, interviewed 150 candidates.• As the elected Delaware Hall residence programming assistant for 3rd year, recruited 40 students for various leadership positions, to work in their residence, integrate and mentor junior students: reviewed 200+ resumes and applications, interviewed 100 candidates.
