Developed and directed operations for a high-profile, first-of-its-kind collaboration between Harvard University, Facebook, the Social Science One Commission, the Social Science Research Council, participating foundations, and other industry partners for the purpose of studying the influence of social media on democracy and global elections. Resulted in a legal and operational framework between three major partners, eight non-profit grant funders, and over 100 universities.

Managed appointment and onboarding procedures for 700 employees from across the University, including faculty, postdoc fellows, visiting scholars, students, and staff members. Worked closely with Institute Core Faculty on recruitment efforts. Collaborated with office staff and HR to establish appointment and hiring processes.
