I am a director and the head coach at SG23 Fitness and Education Centre. I am lucky enough to work with an extremely knowledgable and passionate team of personal trainers, who share my vision of helping all people of all sizes get fitter and healthier. Having played sport since I was 4 and trained in the gym since I was 16, I have seen first hand the difficulties people have in training effectively. After 3 years at university studying sport and exercise science, I decided I wanted to educate the public to help them train effectively and change their lives, which is what we do at SG23!
