At Studiocanal, I oversee users joining and leaving the company. This saw me requesting accounts to be created, setting up necessary hardware and inducting staff. As part of this, I developed a Smartsheet form for managers to fill in when they had new starters which ensured everyone was on the same page as to what access the user would get. When users left, I ensured they returned their equipment and their access was shut. In the previous 2 years we have also done an office downsize and an office move. As well as this I have rolled out 2 MFA systems, printer drivers and new RDS’ to staff. I also procure IT items for staff. This involves getting 3 quotes for the item from 3 different suppliers, submitting the quotes on the procurement system ensuring they are for the right amount and are coded correctly.

I dealt with client issues as well as ensuring that clients systems and backups are up to date. I have also setup laptops and workstations for clients to the required standard. I also took phone messages for the rest of the team if I did not know how to solve their issue.
