An interim, short-term roll with various responsibilities in line with the job title and key focus points around data analysis and training as follows:• Developing a training programme for new Project Leads to cover the skills and knowledge required to deliver a portfolio of 12 projects in line with the project delivery standards.• Manage the implementation of the above programme for all existing Project Leads • Support the new starter Induction programme, including managing production of support materials • Developed a monthly process for evaluation Operations KPI data and report back to weekly OTL meetings on trends / areas for improvement. • Act as “second line” support for Operations Team Leaders, including responsibility for successful resolution of project delivery and commercial issues. • Mentor and support the replacement OTLs, as part of a wider process of transitioning new OTLs from their previous roles as Project Lead.

Leading and line-managing a team of 5 Project Leads and 2 Project assistants in line with company values and policies. Over a period of 2 years, delivering over 150 projects, and becoming established and recognised as the top performing operations team within the company when measured against all KPIs during this period. Key duties included:• Measuring and guiding team performance against agreed KPI’s, intervening to raise individual performance where required.• Oversight of 50+ projects at any given time, ensuring on-time delivery against company and industry standards.• Recruitment and resourcing to meet team and company needs.• Training and upskilling of new starters and experienced staff within the wider Operations team.• Development of Excel and Power Bi tools to monitor and assess performance for use by the management team.• Acting as an escalation point for clients.

A client facing role involving the management of 12+ projects at any given time, delivering high quality handover documentation for large scale construction projects across the country. Key responsibilities included:• Sourcing and collating handover documentation via coordination of the supply chain• The review and upload of documentation to the Createmaster project delivery platform.• Scheduling and leading stakeholder meetings with everyone from a project subcontractor all the way to the project developer team.• Regular reporting to clients on the progress and risks of the project• Daily communication with the various project teams.
