I manage and train a team of Client Delivery Analysts who's primary function is to lead all technical aspects of a successful implementation of the Detect by Oversight software for customers. I help to maintain a strong relationship with our channel partners by liaising between their project management teams and appropriate Oversight teams depending on the situational needs.I work closely with our product, technical support, customer success and software development teams to help provide a smooth delivery and implementation, long-term success and on-going improvements of our software to customers.I work with my own team to help develop their career path and identify interests to motivate them to seek career growth opportunities. Likewise, I am constantly looking for areas of improvement in our own implementation procedures in order to provide more efficient delivery of our software as well as ways to set the customer up for success and achieve a better ROI.

As a Sr. Client Delivery Analyst I work as the technical lead on implementation projects along side our Client Engagement Team to facilitate a smooth implementation of the Oversight tool and help ensure our customers' success in using it to manage fraud and misuse in their spend programs.As team lead, my objective is to support the rest of my team members and ensure we are all performing at our best through mentorship, peer reviews and process enhancements.
