Uhaps is a company that markets for nation wide companies such as Anheuser Busch. I began as a Brand Ambassador which my role was to engage and take pictures of the crowds at different events and lead them to the company website where they can located the photos. I also hosted a video for the company at a local restaurant/bar and plan to do more of them in the future.

I started in the meat department and was later trained as a CSA. I was sent to culinary school and was educated on meats. My role was to approach customers and offer suggestions with the aid of a tablet. My goal was to make customers winner's for dinner. I later was trained as a cashier and quickly became one of the top cashiers in the zone due to my efficiency and excellent customer service. I was asked by management on several occasions to train other associates on how to become more efficient. I also was trained in the pricing department. I spent three months updating the prices at Kroger and making sure the sales were correct in the store. I have been given and completed many special projects. The management understands by abilities and that I can accomplished tasks.

I handle all the returns for Amazon.com. This consisted of deciding which products are sellable, and getting them into the correct areas.

During my time at Apple I troubleshot and handled customers concerns for the iPad, iPod, and iPhone. We also were required to sale at least 4 Apple Care Protection Plans per month. I averaged around 15 to 20 per month and was the leading salesman for 7 months. I also served as flex supervisor for two months during the expansion of the company. My role was to train my agents on how to best handle customers issues and sale Apple Care Protection.

My role was to be the spiritual motivator and moral uplifter for a start up Bible based community. Along with preparing my weekly teaching, I counseled people as needed.
