Helping coordinating with live event merchandise operations, to ensure maximum revenue is achieved. My responsibilities are - but not limited to - advisement of consumer product and revamping revenue strategies by consulting with local expertise, product distribution, organized staging of product and equipment on our trailer for easy instant access, Shipping & receiving, supplemental shipments, locating prime real estate at various venues, Event setup and teardown, pre and post tour duties.

Advancing various events/artists to ensure smooth operations on day of event, Managing local crews to be effective and efficient, making sure that artist displays are neat and organized according to artist demands, strive to make all parties involved completely satisfied during there stay, Cash and product accounting, end of night settlements. I use a variety of tools and philosophies to achieve the afore mentioned goals, including - but not limited to - creating well documented transactions (always backed by a traceable paper trail and signatures), implementation of custom excel worksheets, help with custom advertisements via Word/CS6 software to make visually appealing displays in order to maximize revenues and speed up customer turnarounds, maintaining a happy crew morale by providing drinks and snacks for them throughout their workday.
