I have 9yrs of aircraft assembly experience, all on F-16s with the Air Force, as a 7-level. My forte APG installations, followed by operational testing, are completed to quality by reading and interpreting TOs, along with the addition of detailed blueprints, wiring installation, and electrical schematics process standards and specifications for each aircraft variant. As a certified TBA trainer, I would observe, assess, instruct, and train other airmen on our job. Since joining Lockheed Martin, I have learned procedures/policies in various manufacturing areas to see how different roles and teams work together to make the product happen. In addition to studying the 6S lean process through Six Sigma: Green Belt from Richard Chua.
