Managed team of 25, including management, engineering and union employees responsible for Customer Measurement Operations and Field Services back office and systems support. Scope of responsibilities included: Meter Forecasting and Inventory Management; Meter Testing; SAP Device Management and Technical Master Data; Customer Appointment scheduling; Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) tasks; Meter Reading Routing; Damage Reporting and data entry; Data Reporting & Analytics; and all related Systems and Software support.

Supervised a team of data specialists responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the WG Distribution Integrity Management Plan (DIMP) and regulatory reporting; Identified and evaluated threats associated with the WG Distribution System and implemented risk mitigation measures; Established and maintained various performance measures to effectively monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DIMP Accelerated Actions.

Managed various projects with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost; Supervised interns and worked collaboratively to complete extensive data analysis, detailed process mapping, and root cause analysis to identify and eliminate non-value activity and drive efficiency improvements.

Led process for tissue machine producing >20,000 metric tons per year; responsible for day-to-day process support and supervision of Operators and Maintenance Crews; Led and participated in numerous Kaizen workshops; Created automated visual management tools to provide hourly, daily, and monthly updates on key performance indicators.

Led process for two Rolled Products Assets, each producing >15,000 metric tons per year; Responsible for oversight of Operators and Maintenance Crews.
