- In addition to REC Coordinator responsibilities, I overlook our Work to Play Soccer Program at Goethe and Otis Elementary Schools, which is our after school program, I get feedback from teachers on students grades and behavior who are in the program, this will help them be motivated, be successful individuals and to know what it's like to be on a team. - Overlooking our Take the Lead Program which ties in with our WTP after school program that emphasize leadership development for the kids that we call our team captains. - Leading huddles, coordinating their retreats/field trips and game days.

• Implemented a recess curriculum promoting positive social development and a healthy lifestyle• Coordinated Otis annual Field Day Celebration, an all-school event celebrating health and wellness• Create original curriculum regarding nutrition, mental health, and healthy self-image in an elementary setting• Contribute to program development through participating in regular staff meetings, organizing a program guide for the 2015-2016 school year, and creating original behavior management philosophy and plans• Lead reading/writing intervention with several kindergarten students• Being a mentor for our kids and implemented SEL (Social and Emotional Learning)

-Supervise more than 50 counselors, including assigning staff shifts-Develop weekly schedule of activities and confirm availability of locations-Point person for parent communication-Verify that all camp groups are in ratio, substituting when necessary-Ensure the safety of the more than 600 campers that attend throughout the summer-Point person for behavior management
