Provided support to end users. Updated PCs, virtual and physical, updated and maintained servers, Windows Server 2008 to Server 2012 R2, maintained and monitored the proxy server. Monitored and reviewed vulnerability scans using Qualys interface.

Maintain safety and security of the facility. This includes hourly rounds and head counts making sure all inmates that are currently housed at our facility, serving meals, distributing medications, transporting inmates as needed, writing reports, and any other miscellaneous tasks that is required at the time.
