Responsible for Seattle Opera’s social networking (primarily Blog/Facebook/Soundcloud, advising YouTube/Twitter), forging and maintaining the company’s relationships with journalists and media outlets, and overseeing Seattle Opera’s in-house publications, including the English captions that appear above Seattle Opera’s stage.

Created two hour-long English adaptations for children of Wagner’s RING operas: "Theft of the Gold" and "Siegfried and the Ring of Fire." From 2005 to 2011, performances of these operas by Seattle Opera's Young Artists Program in partnership with local schools introduced thousands of children all over Washington to the passion and fascination of opera. Wrote Seattle Opera’s popular "Spotlight Guide" series (since 1999), a tour through the main points of each opera’s story, the history behind its composition, and the life of the composer.
