A complex E,C&I engineering project delivering safety-critical equipment to six power station sites, as well as to an external stakeholder. The project involved setting up and managing a complex design and build contract, as well as managing a number of internal engineering staff.Project Manager responsible for the refurbishment of a Generator Transformer at Oldbury Power Station (6month duration, ~£500k), covering transportation, testing, delivery of a test report and preparation of a business case for the subsequent refurbishment works.
