I work with businesses, large and small, to help identify, mitigate & monitor risk exposures. My goal is to help organizations improve their risk profile and ultimately reduce the cost of risk transfer (insurance). I work closely with my clients and prospects to better understand their strengths as an organization, where they see future opportunities, and most importantly, what are the risk issues that they worry about and keep them up at night. Once I have a identified the Strengths, Opportunities and Risk Issues for a client or prospect; I then work closely with my team of risk professionals, underwriters and other consultants to design and recommend programs, that ultimately will make the organization safer and more profitable. Finally, I monitor the l risk mitigation program and if needed, make adjustments to it. Organizations are constantly evolving; from new product verticals, new customers, employee turnover, and changes to the business outlook. These evolutions present new challenges, both operating the enterprise as well as the risk issues associated with the changes. Hence the need for continuous monitoring and tweaking of risk mitigation strategies. I also work with successful business owners and individuals designing life, disability and long-term insurance plans to best fit each individual’s needs. I have extensive experience in putting together keyperson & buy/sell plans for businesses. As well as life insurance collateral policies for business loans. I also have great solutions for key employee retention plans, also known as "golden handcuffs".
