I oversee most of the daily operations of Falls Cinema, a local 2 screen movie theater. Duties include maintaining our projection equipment and audio systems, playlist scheduling, social media efforts, staff management, and financial transactions.In this position I have done extensive research into Digital Cinema technology and practices. This includes DCP mastering and production (including encryption options).

Provide various media production services to clients in Thief River Falls and surrounding areas including pre production, filming, editing, sound mixing and finalizing. Additional services include transferring existing content to DCP format for theatrical distribution.

I oversee and manage the sound and lighting systems for Epiphany Station, as well as the volunteers that operate them. Also I manage some online aspects (YouTube and website content). I also oversee some media production.

Established and expanded relationships with the manufacturers that distribute through Digi-Key, with the goal of mutual sales growth. This was accomplished through activities as diverse as technical inquiries, evaluation of product additions, inventory management, sales performance monitoring, and processing customer returns/defects. In addition I have collaborated with other departments for supplier web portal content, marketing initiatives, purchasing, and pricing issues. Also responsible for planning business meetings, visitation schedules, and technical trainings. Additional activities included leading the initial Sensor Technology Zone design team.

Provide customers with technical support, product suggestions and cross referencing via phone, e-mail and live webchat. Additional duties included researching ECCN export/Schedule B tariff codes and maintaining correct listings for product.

In this position I was a member of a pool of students that would be called on for technical work during activities in the campus student center. These activities were diverse and included theatrical groups, music groups, jazz performances, dance recitals, speeches, and movie screenings. Duties included construction, electrical rigging, show running, soundboard operation and lighting reinforcement.
