• Responsible for scheduling and managing 5 bridge construction crews and 2 Superintendents for the Self Performance Division of Trinity Infrastructure LLC. Our division performed over $100 Million in contracted bridge.
• Daily responsibilities:○ Scheduling production crews and subcontractors throughout the entire project, in coordination with each segment, while expediting the affected segment’s overall schedules.○ Providing Value.
• Scope of work performed includes:○ Delivering a 12 span, 120,000 square foot bridge with an accelerated schedule of 120 days, 2 weeks ahead of schedule to allow the project to meet a major milestone traffic switch.○.
