Notable Contributions: Provided daily desktop support and escalation management (if required) to 30+ employees, over 1/3 of which are remote.  Administered and supported VOIP telephone system for local and remote employees.  Strategized and executed purchases for new employees and technical upgrades for existing employees.  Managed IT purchases and planning transparently by holding monthly IT meetings with all departments to review IT budget, spend, and progress-to-plan.  Troubleshooted and maintained all copier, fax, and sorting machines. Responded efficiently to clients to troubleshoot or counsel. Managed IT projects that demanded more than 40 hours of staff time with project plans that publicize deadliness, responsibilities, and progress-to-plan. Acted as liaison with landlord and vendors to manage building and physical plant.

 Managed the front-side transactions aspect of home buying for 47 realtors. Recorded and catalogued all sales transactions associated with home purchases. Crosschecked and reconciled all transactions within the real estate systems, including MLS, Rosenoff, LVL, Trident and numerous excel spreadsheets. Acted as a lead to familiarize new agents with the office and train them on proper procedures to activate new listings, submit P&S transactions and more. Trouble shoot computer and network problems (IS) while working closely with agents to resolve individual computer problems, network configurations, software installations and provided training on the Microsoft office suite.  Handled large switchboard and delivered phone calls, as well as greeted walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manor. Arranged and setup for sales meetings, drafting of agendas, worked on special projects as needed in conjunction with office goals.
