Serve as a liaison to the tri-party custodians in an effort to effectively manage the changing nature of the Repurchase (“Repo”) process while also identifying and mitigating associated operational and counterparty risk.Support strategic monetary policy initiatives by assisting in the evolution and rollout of the U.S. Treasury Floating Rate Note (FRN) security. In part, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as define and communicate requirements for pricing, auction and accounting systems. Also, perform a blend of operational responsibilities to implement our monetary policy mandate by coordinating with primary dealers to execute and collateralize trades for the Securities Lending program, which supports smooth clearing within the Treasury and Agency markets.
