Work on new product development, process scaling and compounding. Working along side marketing and compounding to develop new products that meet the demand of the current consumer. Seek out new equipment to better aid in formulation development and allow for higher productivity.

Formulate existing products as well as new product development. Work with Manufacturing to implement new strategies or equipment to make the process easier or more efficient.

Develop new products that meet their environmentally friendly vision. Specifically a natural and environmentally safe multi surface cleaner that is non aerosol.

The scope of my position is to work with marketing and current trends to develop products that tailor to the needs of the consumer. Our development focus is on activated mineral ointments, creams, and other topical delivery systems. We also put attention in other areas such as personal care for the every day consumer.

Worked in topical formulation, developing new topical solutions for patients with acne, topical dermatitis, psorisis, dry skin, ageing skin, and scleroderma. Also worked along side the engineering team to assist with process scaleup/development.

Preformed inorganic analysis on soils, water,and waste water. Conducted toy testing as well.
