At YellowTOP I have been working on several product development projects. I have developed a multi surface cleaner for use on granite, stainless steel, glass, porcelain, and other counter top surfaces. This cleaner is also environmentally friendly and lab tested to be sulfate, ammonia, phosphate, and chlorine free. Currently working on a few new products for the cleaning product division.

Formulate new topical products to help assist skin issues/irritation. Monitor lead formulations for chemical/physical stability. Research new personal care chemicals that could be used to solve problems like physical stability or drug delivery. Monitor release rates of active pharmaceutical ingredients using vertical cell diffusion apparatus. Keep track of inventory and dispose of chemicals in a proper manor. Meet with rest of R&D group to discuss projects and trouble shoot/solve both engineering and chemistry issues. Work with engineering department for process scale up as products are about to go into production.

- Sample preparation and analysis for phosphate, ammonia, nitrogen, cyanide, alkinality, TOC, and TIC- Analyzing Soil, Water, and Toys

Worked on the validation of new production batch tanks and make sure that there was no residual organic carbon left behind during the cleaning process, by taking water samples and running them on an total organic carbon detector. Worked on preparations of large batch products (5000L-7500L), also taking samples for QC, before and after packaging. Worked on the production line in the boxing and filling sections. Monitored the inventory and disposed of expired chemicals
