I have 16 years of experience in law enforcement and security working K-9’s. But I am wanting a career change with eventually becoming either a Network Security Engineer or Cloud Engineer. I am willing to take entry level positions as IT help desk support. I have many years in the military. I have been in a leadership capability role most of my career so I only need very little to no guidance in conducting tasks. Currently taking Intro to Networking, Microcomputer Repair Essentials class. Took Project Management in IT class, Introduction to Computer Programming: Python class last semester passed both with an “A”. The last few semesters I have taken Microcomputer Software Essentials and Microcomputer Applications. Attending Spring Semester 2024 taking Ethical Hacking, Wireless LAN/ Network Security, and Database Programming and SQL. Currently working as Remote Help Desk Coordinator working with Titan Technologies contracted to Florida Virtual Schools.
