During the Covid pandemic, a significant opportunity emerged with a market disruptor in Ireland, formerly auction specialists. They partnered with a UK based asset management firm aiming to enter a new market by not only managing the disposal of substantial "buy-to-let" portfolios, primarily ex-bank stock, but also letting and managing these assets for new owners. This attracted considerable new business from investment funds, with approximately 70% of the portfolios being residential and 30% commercial, many of which were long-term underperforming assets.As Covid restrictions intensified, we saw increased interest and scaled up our "single point of contact solution" for large multinational clients. These clients needed their newly acquired and existing assets rented, renovated if necessary, and fully managed. My small in-house team and I quickly took control, ensuring steady rental income, managing new acquisitions, and assisting existing tenants, including offering short rent breaks when needed. This strategy succeeded even during the most challenging lockdown periods. As a result, we reduced average operating expenses by 32% and increased average profits by over 17% within 12 months.Although I have enjoyed my return to this sector for a couple of years, the landscape is changing dramatically. As principal asset manager, I was responsible for overseeing large nationwide portfolios of behalf of PTSB,CERTUS,IBRC and Grant Thornton. I was responsible for recovering properties on their behalf ,managing them and then taking them to the market when the time was right via our 70 plus branch network. Highly charged busy environment,my department was responsible for over 4,000 properties throughout ROI.

Day to Day operation of a fast paced property management business based in Dublin city, highly successful we went on to merge with a larger agency and rebrand. I stayed on as Director and board member for a period and then moved to another role with a sister company.

Participated as a guest judge on the Irish television version of "The Apprentice" as part of a property challenge alongside Bill Cullen, Jackie Lavin, and Brian Purcell. Additionally, engaged in numerous television debates on TV3/Virgini Media Shows, appeared on various radio shows, and contributed articles to prominent publications such as Business & Finance Magazine, theEvening Herald, and Dot.com Magazine among others.
