Sponsorship, Advertising, Event, Commercial and Media Consultancy. Key contracts have included development and management of Skoda UK's sponsorship programme between 2012 to 2014 and then from 2015 to 2023 as Partnership Lead for SweetSpot Group.

- Leadership: key member of senior leadership team, leading the business through recent difficult times through responsibility for commercial revenue and maintenance of key commercial relationships. - Commercial: account management of sponsor and local authority stakeholders, development of key (sponsor) accounts to ensure retention beyond existing contracts and organic growth. Attraction of new partners to the events through strategic development of pre-existing relationships. - Strategy: work with leadership team within SweetSpot to develop race, event and business strategy, principally through a focus on fan and spectator understanding alongside realistic mid to long-term commercial goals.- Sponsorship: assistance in the creation of a new title sponsor approach, and responsibility for development for key activation ideas for potential new sponsors.- Event Management: responsibility at event for various key functions including key sponsor and stakeholder hospitality and sponsor liaison.- Business Development: leading the development of new business opportunities including feasibility studies of global franchising of existing events, and the successful tender process to deliver the remote starts and routes for the UCI 2023 Cycling World Championships Road Races.

Responsibilities include:- ensuring key sponsors maximise their relationship with SweetSpot by helping to deliver successful sponsorship programmes.- launching consultancy department that focusses on providing advice and assistance to brands, teams, event organisers and local authorities looking to maximise the commercial opportunities available within cycling.
