As I complete nearly a quarter of a century in the U.S. Army, I am moving home to Charleston, SC. I’m excited to incorporate the leadership experience I’ve gained in the military, combined with my education background into the civilian workforce. I have learned and successfully incorporated a multitude of leadership experiences to directly impact efficient productivity and a positive work environment. Complex problem solving in diverse settings to achieve strategic objectives is an area that I excel in, and I’m looking forward to bringing those skills to my next organization. I am a firm believer that investing in others has a positive impact on workforce development, and a quality mentorship/leader development program is invaluable to support growth and increase human capital.
