Financial Advisory Role: In December 2004, he transitioned to a full-time Financial Advisor position with AIG Retirement, where he also served on the Field Advisory Board in 2006.Construction Management: From 2009 to 2012, he worked with TL Wallace Construction, progressing from Transition Site Manager to Project Manager for Maintenance and Repair, and later overseeing equipment and trucking.Oil and Gas Industry Roles: Jonathan joined Nabors Offshore Corporation in 2012 as a Rig Coordinator and later worked with IPT Global as a Field Service Quality Advisor, providing assurance solutions in the oil and gas industry.Leadership in Medical Technology: In November 2016, he became the Lead Medical Technologist at Merit Health Wesley, where he managed training and competency for over 300 staff members and ensured regulatory compliance.Project Management in Disaster Recovery: He served as a Quality Control Manager and Project Manager for Broom and Craft Construction, contributing to Hurricane Maria and Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts by managing repairs on numerous homes.Current Role: Since August 2019, Jonathan has been working as an Offshore Planner/Scheduler for Occidental Oil & Gas Corporation, where he plans and schedules maintenance activities for offshore deepwater production facilities.
