- Develop and sustain a dedicated membership client portfolio, leveraging Microsoft CRM to track customer relationship management and retention
- Direct the Golden Opportunities Pre-Game Alumni Field Photo program, delivering once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the 49ers faithful on gamedays
