My role includes but is not limited to; checking in customers vehicles and looking after clients during their visit, managing a busy workshop to ensure all the work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, carrying out daily administration tasks relating to the preparation of the next day’s job packs. This includes preparing and printing the job sheets and ensuring all the relevant warranty paperwork is present. Since July 2021 I have been acting as the senior service advisor in this role, I have taken responsibility for managing and training the front counter staff and dealing with and resolving customer complaints.

My main role was managing the team’s social media pages, writing race reports and press releases and providing general media support for the team. I have also arranged interviews for the team’s drivers with a variety of different news outlets. During race meetings I work as part of a large team helping to ensure the team runs smoothly and that social media is updated regularly.

This role involved investigating enquiries raised by customers and responding appropriately in the form of both letters and emails. This role has allowed me to develop an in depth understanding of investment banking. In September 2017 I was asked to join the quality checking team within my department. In this role I check the work of new employees for grammatical, spelling errors and technical accuracy, providing feedback and giving support to colleagues in order to improve the quality of their work.
