I have served as Head of Corporate Administration, Business Affairs and Risk Management. I was a Wall Street lawyer for eight years with Sidley Austin, where I managed a wide variety of complex corporate financings. In addition, I am an expert on all legal and business aspects of early-stage companies as a result of my work with Emery & Larsen and Capital Creation, and a very substantial amount of personal angel investing, and my Board service with 15 young technology companies.
