Responsibilities:• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports • Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests• Understanding shop drawings, attend site meetings and make sure all materials proposed are approved• Liaise with the team on updated drawings, materials and attend to site issues with supplier if required• Supervises the Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions/activities of a project

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee the project life cycle of facilities related projects • Manage projects from conception through construction and completion • Develop construction plans, assist in evaluating and selecting architectural, construction and engineering contractors and coordinate the work of the project and designs teams, as well as the numerous contractors who contribute to facilitate projects • Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes • Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholder

Responsibilities:• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned strategic accounts • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel• Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management• Completes strategic customer account plans and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Responsibilities:• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit• Develop new businesses with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvements to meet sales quotas• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
