He has experience managing enrollment modeling strategies, financial aid leveraging, admission and scholarship selection, and a wide range of student recruitment programs. At Maguire Associates, Jonathan is a lead developer and primary consultant for our EMPOWR service for student recruitment and is involved with admissions and enrollment consulting, financial aid awarding strategy, service development activities, and complex data analysis. He has also authored numerous published articles and papers on various recruitment, enrollment, and organizational topics. Jonathan has led projects for, among others, Regis College, the University of St. Thomas, Calvin College, Ripon College, Boston University, Dean College, and The Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Harvard University.

A boutique enrollment consulting shop. Proprietor wanted to expand, so I came on board to broaden his offerings with more recruitment analytics and strategy consulting. Previously, he focused exclusively on econometric modeling of financial aid. Wrote some articles and managed marketing and consulted for both recruitment and financial aid, and then he changed his mind about expansion. We parted ways amicably when Maguire Associates created a position for me.
