Air and Missile Defense Standardization Officer assigned to an Army Air and Missile Defense (Brigade / Battalion) responsible for conducting Joint and Combined Theater Air and Missile Defense in support of designated Operations Plans (OPLANS) and contingency operations succinct with unit aligned Area of Responsibility (AOR). Directly responsible to the S-3/G-3 for conducting directed studies and analysis of plans, policies, and initiatives in all facets of Joint and Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense operations; maintain standards, evaluate unit collective task proficiency, and assist subordinate units in the development of Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems operational training and readiness programs; serve as the AMD weapon systems subject matter expert for the command, to include validation of gunnery certification process, fielding plans, performance capabilities, changes in TTPs, and interoperability of all U.S. and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) Air and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) weapon systems holistically

Served as an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Composite Platoon Leaser, and Tactician/Technician for a Patriot Battery assigned to FORSCOM whiled deployed to the ARCENT theatre of operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Responsible for the training, and certification of all AMD crews within the battery. Responsible for the combat readiness of a platoon consisting of an Engagement Control Station (ECS) Batter Command Post (BCP), a Launcher team, a System maintainer, a combat Medic and a Force Protection team. Area of expertise was focused on training , maintenance, logistics, and the health and welfare of 20 team members. Responsible for the development of 6 Non-Commissioned Officers. Responsible for the maintenance readiness and property accountability of vehicles and equipment valued at over $130 million dollars.
