In this role I run training sessions for the users of LSS (Land Survey Software) for DTM generation, Land Surveying, Point Cloud Processing, Contoured Mapping, Volume and Report Generation and many other features.I regularly provide Technical Support handling complex enquiries relating to LSS and 3D Vision softwares, with concise and accurate resolutions to queries.Assisting in the developmental cycle and programming of our software through rigorous software testing.I also provide assistance relating to social media and marketing.

As an Engineering Surveyor I was responsible for BIM compliant detailed topographic surveys in a coastal and highway environment. I managed the process from quotation, to site work, to LSS, CAD & C3D processing and delivery.I regularly used a variety of equipment including a Leica C10 Laser Scanner and 2x UAVs (DJI Inspire2 Quadcopter & ebee fixed wing) to produce 3D point cloud models and DTMs to influence design work across various schemes including the Southsea Coastal Scheme, as well as managed the Regional Coastal Monitoring Programme for Coastal Partners, as part of the wider UK scheme.I would regularly use Trimble GPS and Total Station equipment to produce Topographic Surveys for a number of clients including Portsmouth and Havant Borough Councils cycle schemes respectively.I assisted in Site Supervision for ongoing Civil Engineering Projects, Beach management projects and asset management.I joined Coastal Partners in February 2020 as an apprentice coastal technician surveyor and have continued to develop my skills as an Engineering surveyor since this time through the successful completion an HNC in Civil Engineering.

This role involved processing morning deliveries quickly and efficiently to prepare the store for opening each morning to a consistent standard each day. Dealing with customer queries and providing good product knowledge was essential in this role. Pushing promotional products using honest and charismatic approach in order to boost sales. Finally, using the till system and handling cash throughout the day was another responsibility in this role.
