As a Line manager at Nobia, I have led and supported multiple teams across different countries and functions for over 14 years. I have developed expertise in Works Council and European Works Council, a key area for Nobia's employee representation and engagement. I have also acquired skills in Lean manufacturing and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), which help me to optimize the production processes and ensure all KPIs are met and bettered where possible. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. I am also a TWI (trainer within industry) for Nobia, from start to finish whether it be making the training content or training employees one-on-one or in groups. I am passionate about Nobia's mission to create better everyday living spaces for people, and I strive to contribute to its vision of becoming a circular and sustainable business.
