Key Responsibilities:• Improve and simplify insights generation and visualization using Azure Analytics to develop and enhance Fraud Analytics Reports.• Acts as SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all processes and procedures related to the fraud reports and work with branch leads (Sales and Finance) to further improve handling of cases.• Conduct forensic analysis of financial/nonfinancial data and identify data inaccuracies, trace inconsistencies/discrepancies to identify potentially fraudulent activities.• Identify new transaction trends and behavior, verify and do further review as necessary, and assess that analysis is communicated to improve existing reports.• Perform Fieldwork Audit to all branches nationwide.Other Task:• Assists in business initiative to develop a business continuity plan for JT International Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:• Conducts audit field work covering various divisions, business units, and processes of the organization to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems and operational processes;• Providing management with accurate and timely audit reports, including recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and to promote profitability and productivity;• Oversees follow-up activities to evaluate the sufficiency and timeliness of management responses and corrective action taken in response to audit recommendations.• Report significant risk exposures and control issues;• Execution and documentation of fraud-related cases.Other Tasks:• Assists with preparation of Audit Committee materials. Attends Audit Committee meetings and takes minutes at meetings, as assigned;• Provide coaching and supervision to new members of Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for assessing independently and objectively the controls, reliability, and integrity of the Distributors Operations environment.• Responsible for conducting a program of regular audits of Distributors Operations including but not limited to Wall-to-Wall count and Inventory reconciliation, Expense and Revenue recognition, and Trade visits (Local stores, Supermarkets, Public Markets, etc.).• Summarize audit findings in a report that is concise, accurate, fair, timely and within the quality expected as per Standards, including recommendations to the management to increase efficiency of operations and to improve safeguards over company assets.• Provide regular communication that serves to control and document the internal audit progress.• Investigation, validation, and documentation of fraud-related cases.

Key Responsibilities:• Evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and performs individual audit projects as part of the total internal audit plan including identification of risks and preparation of Audit Work Program for the areas to be covered;• Conducts a wide-ranging scope of audits with an emphasis on assessing emerging areas of risk including revenue recognition, contract accounting, compliance, fraud, operations, and outsourcings;• Make recommendations that add value, ensuring maximum payback to entity or process under review and ensures that recommendations are clearly presented and agreed to by management and that a subsequent audit report is issued promptly; • Participate in Monthly Wall-to-Wall count and Inventory reconciliation;• Conducts nationwide Sales Operations Audit to Partnered Distributors and Trade visitation to determine if internal and external controls employed by the Company are observed;• Conducts special/fraud audit engagement.
